What a fantastic hotel, where guests truly come first! I made a small mistake when booking through Booking.com, but unfortunately, they were not helpful at all in resolving the issue—in fact, they made things even more difficult. Thankfully, manager Rhianna went above and beyond to correct the mistake. It’s so refreshing to see people who genuinely understand what hospitality is all about! My stay has yet to begin, but I am already incredibly happy with the outstanding service and attitude of the staff at this hotel.
Very happy with the hotel. Room was a decent size for London. Yes, the bathroom is a bit small and could have more water pressure, but it was more than adequate and the location is ideal, close to Paddington and Lancaster Gate. And the breakfast is nice. Also, staff was great and friendly I would definitely recommend it
Amazing stay at the loveliest hotel for the best price! The staff was wonderful, every one of them was so nice and so helpful and made the stay so much better. The room was very clean and nice. The breakfast was also very good, plenty of options and we always left full and satisfied. The location was also excellent, just a short walk and we were in Oxford street. Overall a lovely hotel and for such a good price, I truly recommend it! Once again a big thank you to the lovely staff for everything they helped us with and did for us!!

Staff are the real heroes of this hotel. We stayed a week and they were always kind and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and made up for all infrastructural shortcomings. Let's start with the Pros: Staff - as said - and unbeatable location (hardly 5 mins walk to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate and a quiet neighborhood). All in all, breakfast is of good quality. Cons: Infrastructure (Lift was out of order 3 days and it's nothing new if you read old reviews; washbasin was challengingly small even to wash one's hands). Our room (403 - 4th floor) did have an AC unit and it did its job. Room was quite small but we were able to cope with that. So at the end of the day - it's mixed feelings but i'll give 4 stars for their staff's commitment towards customers.
For the price we paid we cannot complain about small room especially for 3 star hotel. Service was great and always lovely staff. I requested extra blanket at night and got it not long after. Water at reception was handy. Location couldn’t get better than this. Couldn’t complain about breakfast since it was included in price. Portable aircon in our room was excellent.
Very nice hotel. Staff was really friendly and helped with every concern we had. The room was a bit small, but no problem considering the price. Breakfast was of good quality.
Once I arrived I noticed no a/c unit in room, and the window didn’t open. I went and spoke to the receptionist and asked if there was another room available and offered to pay extra, they moved me for free. Really friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast was nice
